25. Sarvah
The one who is present everywhere is “Sarva”
Sarvam samapnoshi tathosi sarvah
Whatever we see in the universe, whatever we hear about, everything is Vishnu. That is why it is also said, Vyasochistam jagatsarvam
The Bhagavad Gita 10.8 describes this omniscience quality of the lord as below:
aham sarvasya prabhavo mattah sarvam pravartate
iti matva bhajante mam budha bhava-samanvitah
Krishna is the origin of everything in both the material and spiritual worlds. In the beginning of the creation there was only the Supreme Personality Narayana. There was no Brahma, no Siva, no fire, no moon, no stars in the sky, no sun.
Everything is born of Him, He is the original source of all. Everything is under Him; no one is above Him. There is no supreme controller other than Krishna, hence he is rightfully called Sarva.

In the Bhagwad Gita, 4.8, Krishna says,
Paritranaya sadhunaam, Vinashaya cha dushkritaam,
Dharma sansthapanarthaya, sambhavami yuge yuge.
This means that in order to deliver the pious and to annihilate the miscreants, as well as to re-establish the principles of religion, I advent Myself millennium after millennium.
Sambhava means the one who will advent again, the one who manifests when the evil in the world goes beyond endurance.

He is the one whose grace is limitless, and beyond our imagination. He controls the abhimani devatas ( Ganesha – akasha, Budha – water, Surya – vaak, etc) who reside in us.
The summary of this verse is that the Lord is all-pervading. The reins of creation are in his hands. If we put ourselves in his hands, he will steer us in the right direction by being with us when we need him. He knows what is best for us and what fruits we deserve. Rather than ask him for what we think we need, we must trust Him to give us what he thinks is best for us because his grace is limitless.
Jai Shri Krishna!
